Nita’s journey began with an ending—the dissolution of her marriage. It was more than a personal loss; it was a reckoning, forcing her to confront the limits imposed by both society and herself. In the space left behind, she found something unexpected: the freedom to redefine her worth, reconnect with her desires, and step fully into her power.

As she shed years of shame, Nita discovered not just liberation but abundance. The more she embraced her truth, the more doors opened. What began as self-discovery became a path to healing, financial independence, and a life built on purpose. With only $20 in her bank account, she surrendered to the unknown, trusting that authenticity would lead her forward. That trust turned into transformation, and eventually, success—not just in wealth, but in reclaiming her own power.

But healing isn’t meant to be kept; it’s meant to be shared. Nita saw how many women were still trapped by fear and shame, living in the cages she had broken free from. She felt called to help others reclaim their strength.

That same spirit of transformation led her to provide a sanctuary to animals who, like her, had been abandoned or overlooked. One rescue became another, and soon, Dog Heaven was born–a place of healing, love, and second chances.

As a coach and speaker, and through the sanctuary she built, Nita offers a path back to wholeness. Through the wisdom of nature, the unconditional love of animals, and radical self-acceptance, she invites those who are lost or hurt toward their own awakening.
